  1. The NONGSHIM TASTE OF KOREA SHOP & WIN CONTEST (the “Contest”) is organised by GBA Corporation Sdn.Bhd. (Company No. 162820-U) (the “Organiser”), whose registered office is located at Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
  2. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above, except employees and their immediate families of the Organiser and its affiliated companies.
  3. Participating products: Korean NONGSHIM range of products distributed by GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd.; Nongshim Shin Ramyun (120g), Nongshim Shin Super Spicy Ramyun (120g), Nongshim Kimchi Ramyun (120g), Nongshim Soon Veggie Noodle (112g), Nongshim Chajangmyun – Chapagetti (140g), Nongshim Potato Ramyun (110g), Nongshim Shin Ramyun Cup (68g), Nongshim Shin Super Spicy Ramyun Cup (68g), Nongshim Capaguri Bowl (114g), Nongshim Angry Chapaguri Bowl (114g).
  4. Purchase RM10 worth of Korean NONGSHIM products in a single receipt/sales invoice at any retail outlets in Malaysia or from any online marketplace vendors/online grocery stores in Malaysia to be eligible to enter Contest.
  5. Each receipt/sales invoice is entitled to one entry and each entry must be submitted within the contest period. Please ensure that the participating outlet name, purchase date, receipt/sales invoice number, product(s) purchased and amount spent on products(s) purchased are clearly visible in the photo of the receipt/sales invoice. Receipts/sales invoices not within the contest period, duplicate receipts/sales invoices or unclear receipts/sales invoices submitted will be disqualified.
  6. Each entry submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete and/or inaccurate entry will be disqualified.
  7. Multiple entries are permitted, however each household is only allowed to win one [1] prize during the entire Contest period.
  8. Winner selection process:
    1. Each qualified entry will be allocated a serial number. The total serial number allocated throughout the Contest period will be divided by TEN [10] to determine the serial numbers selected as qualified winners.
    2. Grand prize winners: Each qualified winner entry will be allocated a new serial number. The total qualified winners serial number allocated will be divided by THREE [3] to determine the serial number selected as the grand prize winners.
    3. Consolation prize winners: Upon removing the grand prize winners, the remaining qualified winners entries will be selected as the consolation prize winners.
  9. Winners will be announced within seven [7] days after the end of each contest week at https://nongshim.com.my/taste-of-korea-winners/ and Nongshim Malaysia social media accounts (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NongshimMalaysia and Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nongshim_malaysia/). The Organiser will contact the winner via Whatsapp and request for a photo of the NRIC (only the left section – clearly showing the NRIC number, full name and address; photo of scanned/printed copy will not be accepted) for verification and delivery purpose. The winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited in the event that another person from the same household has already won a prize during the Contest period.
  10. The Organiser will make three [3] attempts to reach the winner. If the winner does not respond within seven [7] days after the final attempt, the winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited.
  11. The Organizer will courier out the prize within twenty-eight [28] days from the date of receiving full information from the winner. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after twenty-eight [28] from the date of delivery.
  12. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  13. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the Contest rules and/or substitute the prizes for other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with respect to such substitute for any of the prizes.
  14. By taking part in this Contest, you understand and accept without condition that the Organiser may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in any manner it deems fit, whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality.
  15. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, death or expense resulting from the participation of the Contest.

  1. Peraduan NONGSHIM TASTE OF KOREA SHOP & WIN CONTEST (“Peraduan”) ini dianjurkan oleh GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (No. Syarikat 162820-U) (“Penganjur”) yang beralamat di Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, Selangor, Malaysia.
  2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua penduduk Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, kecuali kakitangan dan ahli keluarga terdekat pihak Penganjur atau syarikat-syarikat yang berkaitan dengan pihak Penganjur.
  3. Produk-produk turut serta: Produk jenama NONGSHIM buatan Korea yang diedari oleh GBA Corporation Sdn.   5. Setiap resit/invois jualan melayakkan satu [1] penyertaan dan hendaklah dihantar dalam tempoh Peraduan. Sila pastikan nama kedai turut serta, tarikh pembelian, nombor resit/invois jualan, produk(-produk) turut serta yang dibeli dan jumlah harga produk(-produk) turut serta yang dibeli dikemukakan dengan jelas di dalam gambar resit/invois jualan. Kelayakan penyertaan akan dibatalkan sekiranya resit/invois jualan yang bertarikh di luar daripada tempoh Peraduan, resit/invois jualan pendua atau resit/invois jualan yang tidak jelas.
  6. Setiap penyertaan mestilah lengkap dan tepat. Kelayakan penyertaan akan dibatalkan untuk penyertaan yang tidak lengkap dan/atau tidak tepat.
  7. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih dari satu [1] penyertaan tetapi setiap isi rumah hanya dibenarkan untuk memenangi satu [1] hadiah di dalam seluruh tempoh Peraduan.
  8. Kaedah pemilihan pemenang:
    1. Setiap penyertaan yang layak akan diperuntukan satu [1] nombor bersiri mengikut urutan dalam tempoh Peraduan. Jumlah nombor bersiri akan dibahagikan dengan SEPULUH [10] untuk menentukan pemenang-pemenang yang layak.
    2. Pemenang-pemenang hadiah utama: Setiap pemenang yang layak akan diperuntukan satu [1] nombor bersiri yang baru. Jumlah nombor bersiri pemenang-pemenang yang layak akan dibahagikan dengan TIGA [3] untuk menentukan nombor-nombor bersiri yang dipilih sebagai pemenang-pemenang hadiah utama.
    3. Pemenang-pemenang hadiah saguhati: Selepas penyingkiran pemenang-pemenang hadiah utama, baki pemenang-pemenang yang layak akan dipilih sebagai pemenang-pemenang hadiah saguhati.
  9. Pemenang-pemenang akan diumumkan di laman web (https://nongshim.com.my/taste-of-korea-winners/) dan media social Nongshim Malaysia (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NongshimMalaysia dan Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nongshim_malaysia/) dalam tempoh masa tujuh [7] hari selepas Peraduan mingguan tamat. Pihak Penganjur akan menghubungi para pemenang menerusi Whatsapp untuk mendapatkan gambar kad pengenalan baru (bahagian kiri sahaja – mengemukakan nombor kad pengenalan baru, nama penuh dan alamat dengan jelas; gambar salinan diimbas/dicetak tidak akan diterima) untuk pengesahan pemenang dan penghantaran hadiah. Kemenangan akan dibatalkan dan hadiah akan ditarik balik sekira didapati ada pemenang dari isi rumah yang sama dalam seluruh tempoh Peraduan.
  10. Pihak Penganjur akan cuba menghubungi para pemenang sebanyak tiga [3] kali sahaja. Kegagalan membalas kepada pihak Penganjur dalam tempoh masa tujuh [7] hari selepas cubaan ketiga akan mengakibatkan pembatalan kemenangan dan hadiah ditarik balik.
  11. Pihak Penganjur akan menghantar hadiah dalam tempoh masa dua-puluh-lapan [28] hari selepas mendapati semua maklumat dari pemenang. Hadiah yang gagal dituntut dalam tempoh masa dua-puluh-lapan [28] hari selepas tarikh penghantaran akan ditarik balik.
  12. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, dikembalikan dan ditukar ganti.
  13. Semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh pihak Penganjur berhubung Peraduan ini adalah muktamad dan sebarang surat-menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan. GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. mempunyai hak tunggal untuk menukar terma-terma dan syarat-syarat Peraduan ini dan/atau menggantikan hadiah-hadiah dengan barangan yang sama nilai pada bila-bila masa tanpa pemberitahuan. Penukaran atau penggantian tersebut tidak akan memberi hak kepada mana-mana Peserta untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan dan pampasan terhadap GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
  14. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta adalah dianggap telah memahami dan bersetuju kepada pihak Penganjur menggunakan maklumat peribadi Peserta bagi tujuan pemasaran.
  15. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerugian, kecederaan, kematian atau tuntutan disebabkan penyertaan Peraduan ini.

Langkah 1: Beli NONGSHIM buatan Korea bernilai minima RM10 dalam [1] resit/invois jualan dari mana-mana kedai yang turut serta. Setiap resit/invois jualan melayakkan satu [1] penyertaan.

Langkah 2: Jawab soalan berikut: NONGSHIM is the No.1 instant noodle in Korea. TRUE or FALSE

Langkah 3: Whatsapp ke +6011-1718 2492: (1) Jawapan; taip sebagai teks (2) Nama penuh anda; taip sebagai teks (3) Nombor K/P baru anda; taip sebagai teks angka (4) Gambar resit/invois jualan.

Perhatian: Sila pastikan maklumat berikut dikemukakan dengan jelas di dalam gambar resit/invois jualan:

Tempoh Peraduan

Dari 1hb November 2021 jam 12:00:00 AM hingga 31hb Disember 2021 jam 11:59:59 PM (waktu Malaysia). Penyertaan mingguan perlu dihantar pada 11:59:59PM waktu Malaysia pada hari terakhir Peraduan Mingguan seperti yang dijadualkan di atas.

Kedai Turut Serta

  • Kedai-kedai di Malaysia yang mengeluarkan resit sebagai bukti pembelian.
  • Penjual di pasar dalam talian/kedai-kedai dalam talian di Malaysia yang mengeluarkan invois jualan sebagai bukti pembelian.

Terma & Syarat

  1. Peraduan NONGSHIM TASTE OF KOREA SHOP & WIN CONTEST (“Peraduan”) ini dianjurkan oleh GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (No. Syarikat 162820-U) (“Penganjur”) yang beralamat di Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, Selangor, Malaysia.
  2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua penduduk Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, kecuali kakitangan dan ahli keluarga terdekat pihak Penganjur atau syarikat-syarikat yang berkaitan dengan pihak Penganjur.
  3. Produk-produk turut serta: Produk jenama NONGSHIM buatan Korea yang diedari oleh GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd.; Nongshim Shin Ramyun (120g), Nongshim Shin Super Spicy Ramyun (120g), Nongshim Kimchi Ramyun (120g), Nongshim Soon Veggie Noodle (112g), Nongshim Chajangmyun – Chapagetti (140g), Nongshim Potato Ramyun (110g), Nongshim Shin Ramyun Cup (68g), Nongshim Shin Super Spicy Ramyun Cup (68g), Nongshim Capaguri Bowl (114g), Nongshim Angry Chapaguri Bowl (114g).
  4. Beli NONGSHIM buatan Korea bernilai minima RM10 dalam satu [1] resit/invois jualan dari mana-mana kedai yang turut serta untuk kelayakkan menyertai Peraduan.
  5. Setiap resit/invois jualan melayakkan satu [1] penyertaan dan hendaklah dihantar dalam tempoh Peraduan. Sila pastikan nama kedai turut serta, tarikh pembelian, nombor resit/invois jualan, produk(-produk) turut serta yang dibeli dan jumlah harga produk(-produk) turut serta yang dibeli dikemukakan dengan jelas di dalam gambar resit/invois jualan. Kelayakan penyertaan akan dibatalkan sekiranya resit/invois jualan yang bertarikh di luar daripada tempoh Peraduan, resit/invois jualan pendua atau resit/invois jualan yang tidak jelas.
  6. Setiap penyertaan mestilah lengkap dan tepat. Kelayakan penyertaan akan dibatalkan untuk penyertaan yang tidak lengkap dan/atau tidak tepat.
  7. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih dari satu [1] penyertaan tetapi setiap isi rumah hanya dibenarkan untuk memenangi satu [1] hadiah di dalam seluruh tempoh Peraduan.
  8. Kaedah pemilihan pemenang:
    1. Setiap penyertaan yang layak akan diperuntukan satu [1] nombor bersiri mengikut urutan dalam tempoh Peraduan. Jumlah nombor bersiri akan dibahagikan dengan SEPULUH [10] untuk menentukan pemenang-pemenang yang layak.
    2. Pemenang-pemenang hadiah utama: Setiap pemenang yang layak akan diperuntukan satu [1] nombor bersiri yang baru. Jumlah nombor bersiri pemenang-pemenang yang layak akan dibahagikan dengan TIGA [3] untuk menentukan nombor-nombor bersiri yang dipilih sebagai pemenang-pemenang hadiah utama.
    3. Pemenang-pemenang hadiah saguhati: Selepas penyingkiran pemenang-pemenang hadiah utama, baki pemenang-pemenang yang layak akan dipilih sebagai pemenang-pemenang hadiah saguhati.
  9. Pemenang-pemenang akan diumumkan di laman web (https://nongshim.com.my/taste-of-korea-winners/) dan media social Nongshim Malaysia (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NongshimMalaysia dan Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nongshim_malaysia/) dalam tempoh masa tujuh [7] hari selepas Peraduan mingguan tamat. Pihak Penganjur akan menghubungi para pemenang menerusi Whatsapp untuk mendapatkan gambar kad pengenalan baru (bahagian kiri sahaja – mengemukakan nombor kad pengenalan baru, nama penuh dan alamat dengan jelas; gambar salinan diimbas/dicetak tidak akan diterima) untuk pengesahan pemenang dan penghantaran hadiah. Kemenangan akan dibatalkan dan hadiah akan ditarik balik sekira didapati ada pemenang dari isi rumah yang sama dalam seluruh tempoh Peraduan.
  10. Pihak Penganjur akan cuba menghubungi para pemenang sebanyak tiga [3] kali sahaja. Kegagalan membalas kepada pihak Penganjur dalam tempoh masa tujuh [7] hari selepas cubaan ketiga akan mengakibatkan pembatalan kemenangan dan hadiah ditarik balik.
  11. Pihak Penganjur akan menghantar hadiah dalam tempoh masa dua-puluh-lapan [28] hari selepas mendapati semua maklumat dari pemenang. Hadiah yang gagal dituntut dalam tempoh masa dua-puluh-lapan [28] hari selepas tarikh penghantaran akan ditarik balik.
  12. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, dikembalikan dan ditukar ganti.
  13. Semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh pihak Penganjur berhubung Peraduan ini adalah muktamad dan sebarang surat-menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan. GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. mempunyai hak tunggal untuk menukar terma-terma dan syarat-syarat Peraduan ini dan/atau menggantikan hadiah-hadiah dengan barangan yang sama nilai pada bila-bila masa tanpa pemberitahuan. Penukaran atau penggantian tersebut tidak akan memberi hak kepada mana-mana Peserta untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan dan pampasan terhadap GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
  14. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta adalah dianggap telah memahami dan bersetuju kepada pihak Penganjur menggunakan maklumat peribadi Peserta bagi tujuan pemasaran.
  15. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerugian, kecederaan, kematian atau tuntutan disebabkan penyertaan Peraduan ini.
